3.1. Stockwayup is a portfolio tracking and securities analytics platform. The Service may include:
- portfolios and watchlists
- securities pages, charts, and analytics
- scoring and risk signals
- news and content related to securities
3.2. The Service may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
4. No investment advice
4.1. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
4.2. We do not provide investment advice, personalized recommendations, brokerage services, or any offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
4.3. Any analytics, scores, and content are general in nature and do not consider your objectives, financial situation, or needs. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
4.4. You should do your own research and, if appropriate, consult licensed financial, tax, or legal professionals.
5. Eligibility
5.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
5.2. You represent that your use of the Service complies with laws applicable to you.

8. Third-party data, sources, and attribution
8.1. The Service may display market data, fundamental data, and news sourced from third parties ("Third-Party Data").
8.2. Current Third-Party Data providers may include:
- price and chart data: Tiingo
- fundamental (non-price) data: Twelve Data
- news: Twelve Data, original publishers, and/or other sources as indicated in the product
8.3. Third-Party Data may be delayed, derived, incomplete, corrected after publication, or subject to provider limitations. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.
8.4. We may change data providers at any time. Some features may depend on provider licensing and availability.
8.5. Attribution:

- Attribution to Twelve Data, original publishers, and/or other sources will be provided as required by applicable provider and publisher terms, including in our Terms, a "Data sources" page, and/or near the relevant data displays.
9. News and external links
9.1. The Service may display headlines, snippets, sentiment labels, topics, and links to third-party publisher websites.
9.2. External websites are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
9.3. If you follow an external link, you do so at your own risk and subject to the publisher's terms.
10. Restrictions and acceptable use
10.1. The Service is intended for personal end-user use.
10.2. You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
- bulk-download, copy, export, or store Third-Party Data from the Service beyond normal end-user use
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make available any Third-Party Data to others
- use the Service to build or support a competing market data, fundamentals, or news product
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, paywalls, or access controls
- interfere with the Service, including by introducing malware or performing denial-of-service activities
10.3. We may apply rate limits and other measures to protect the Service and to comply with third-party licensing obligations.
11. Community and sharing features
11.1. The Service may allow you to share selected information (for example, portfolio visibility settings) with other registered users inside the platform.
11.2. You control what you choose to share. You acknowledge that content shared with other users may be viewed, saved, or referenced by them within the platform.
12. User content
12.1. You retain ownership of your user-generated content (for example, notes or comments) ("User Content").
12.2. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content within the Service solely for operating and improving the Service.
12.3. You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to submit it.
13. Fair use, suspension, termination, and refunds (paid plans)
A) Fair use and excessive usage
13.1. The Service is intended for typical personal end-user usage. We may apply reasonable technical limits (including rate limits, throttling, and other controls) to protect the Service, other users, and to comply with third-party licensing obligations.
13.2. If your usage is materially higher than typical for your plan and materially impacts the Service, we may:
- request that you reduce usage,
- offer a higher-tier or custom plan, and/or
- apply additional limits to your account to protect Service stability.
B) Suspension
13.3. We may suspend access immediately (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe your activity:
- violates these Terms,
- poses a security risk,
- attempts to bypass limits or access controls, or
- materially disrupts the Service for other users.
C) Termination by us
13.4. We may terminate your account and/or subscription with notice if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within a reasonable time (if cure is possible).
13.5. We may terminate immediately in cases of fraud, automated abuse, scraping, or deliberate attempts to disrupt the Service.
D) Refunds on termination by us (paid plans)
13.6. If we terminate your paid subscription for convenience (i.e., not due to your material breach), we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period on a pro-rata basis.
13.7. If we terminate due to your material breach, fraud, or abuse, refunds may be denied to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Intellectual property
14.1. The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us or licensed to us.
14.2. Third-Party Data and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
15. Disclaimers
15.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
15.2. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected immediately.
15.3. We do not warrant any investment outcome or performance, and we do not warrant the accuracy of Third-Party Data.
16. Limitation of liability
16.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- investment losses or missed opportunities
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- issues caused by Third-Party Data providers, external publishers, internet connectivity, or third-party services
16.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
17. Changes to the Terms
17.1. We may update these Terms from time to time.
17.2. If changes are material, we will provide notice via the Website and/or email where reasonable.
17.3. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.
